I woke up Sunday morning to a COLD house.I quickly realized the furnace was down & began phoning different companies to assess the problem.I called Able and got in touch with Cyrus.I have to say this gentleman went above & beyond throughout the entire process. He took time out of his Sunday & helped me troubleshoot possible issues with the furnace. We called five companies they came and they all said different things. Some of them tried to sell me things i didn't need. And I had I to tell one to get out of my house. Excellent company to do business with. Heat-pump system installed. Of the 3 company quotes I received from suppliers Able Air was the only ones to suggest an option of a heat-pump system (which also included the gas furnace for backup and -20C cold temps). After the government rebate ($5k) and manufacturer rebate, the entire system Net Cost was within a mere $1000 of getting a traditional system of gas furnace & AC. Like the electric car is to gasoline, I'm looking forward to massive energy savings and my HVAC system is now future proofed.

Syrus, one of the co-owners came to do to the inspection himself. He was punctual (within 2 hours of the service call), professional, and very knowledgeable. He recommended a solution for us that was reasonable and didn’t cost an arm and a leg- replacing our thermostat and the furnace sensor. I’d definitely recommend this business and will be using their services again in the future.

We had been having problems with our furnace for some time and had a few people come in and look at the issue. When I called I got the owner Cyrus and he was able to tell me my issue without coming to look at it. He was so knowledgeable and walked me through my options on how to fix it. Then gave me quotes and left it with me to review and research. He followed up with me a week later to make sure if I had any questions. We went over everything I wanted and gave me a great deal. He provided superb customer service.The guys (Marlon and Varun) that came to install arrived on time and did amazing work. They were friendly and did an amazing job installing the new furnace, humidifier and air purifier. They cleaned up well. They let me know what I had was too small for the home. They explained the new system well and how to use the new ecobee thermostat.The owner, Cyrus, called to follow up to see if I was happy and if everything went well and came by the next day to ensure it was done well. That type of service is top notch. If you are looking for HVAC help this is the company to try. Thank you guys so much for giving us heat again. Blessings.

Amazing service. My furnace shut off on a February long weekend . I called Able Air on the Saturday evening and Cyrus was at my house within an hour and a half. Cyrus and his team have been professional, friendly, and honest with work and repairs. They've gone above and beyond on all our interactions and I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone in the area.We've had Able Heating and Cooling out three times over the last year. The first visit was to repair our old AC unit and furnace. The second was to repair our furnace when it stopped working (New Years weekend) and the third visit was to install a new furnace and AC unit.Cyrus took our calls and came out for the repairs and assessments. He answered all of our questions and was quickly able to diagnose the issues we were having and acquired the necessary components and installed them in a short amount of time. He came within an hour of calling on a holiday weekend when our old furnace quit on us. He repaired the unit so that we were able to heat again and worked with us on a plan for purchasing new units.Frank was in-charge of the installation of our new units. They arrived within a week of purchasing and worked efficiently to install the new unit.

Furnace was not turning on, reached out to my company with whom I have a maintenance contract but, they did not sounded genuine with the kind of diagnostic and remedial recommendation where they have advised to buy a new furnace for a 6 year old furnace. I called up Cyrus for SECOND opinion and it took him five minutes to check and understand the problem and he took time to explain the whole thing in detail. He fixed the problem, followed up after two days. It was an assuring experience and Able was there when I needed the most. It was freezing cold over -20 degrees and we were without heat, Able responded immediately and fixed the problem with due urgency. Got in touch with Able Air through Home Depot, to get my furnace replaced, as suggested by a technician from some other company. Cyrus from Able Air listened to my problem and instead of rushing to replace the furnace, he suggested that he would like to take a look at the problem first. He was on time at the location, inspected my furnace thoroughly and was able to identify the root cause, which was to do with the pressure switch. I took advantage of Black Friday deal advertised by Air One Heating and Cooling for furnace checkup and boy I ever regret that....From $80 something dollars I end up with tagged equipment and shut off gas as tech found a "small crack in secondary heat exchanger" that might lead to carbon monoxide poisoning...I have been presented with quote (they call it Invoice - lol) for over $2k to repair it("God knows when we can get a parts") or install a "New Comfort System"...When I called a friend who as I mentioned "Air One..." replied right away "crack in a secondary heat exchanger"....I knew they are doing it to MANY OTHERS! After getting few quotes we decided to replace the furnace using Able Air services and we have made excellent choice. Cyrus is very approachable, reasonable and straight forward owner/operator of business and I would recommend his services to any one without hesitation. Keep it up and you will grow your business for years to come. As for the other guys I will find a time to approach Kitchener Utilities and Enbridge to request data on how many tags Air One is issuing on yearly bases....Lawyers might be interested...

The best, I will never use another company ever again. They cleaned my a/c so much better than my last company that I couldn’t believe it. My technician was so nice and the price was not any higher than my previous company that skipped cleaning parts. I’m just impressed.

An Air One tech came and shut down my furnace mentioning that there was carbon monoxide of 2 ppm. He did not even check the furnace flue carbon monoxide level outside. He mentioned that I could get it repaired for over 2K or just have them install a new one. I called for a second opinion from Able Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. Cyrus did an inspection and the meter registered 0 ppm for carbon monoxide on the furnace. He also checked outside in my presence and the levels were as low as a new furnace . Everything was fine. My furnace is running like new. Cyrus from Able did an honest and professional check up and I would highly recommend their service.

Called in for a second opinion on furnace repairs. Was quick responsive and very helpful and informative. Left with the heat working again and a more then reasonable cost. Would recommend and will be using this company again.

After getting 3 other quotes, I met Cyrus the owner. He was very professional and down to earth to answer questions honestly. He stood behind his word and his workmanship. He came to our home twice to ensure that we were 💯% confident in our decision for both AC and furnace installation.He arranged for the duct cleaning at a lower cost to ensure everything was clean before new equipment install.The crew (Waheed,Frank, Winston) came on time and were very professional and polite. They ensured that no dirt was dragged in from the outside by protecting our carpets. They protected our safety and wore masks and kept their distance during their install. I highly recommend this local company.

We had an issue with the fan on our house AC and heating system ; the gentleman who came to check things out was very professional and courteous . He explained the issue simply and clearly; the main issue was that the engine on the furnace has a relatively small capacity for the size of our house. He changed the settings to increase the fan speed and the system is working better now.I would use their service anytime in the future if needed.

We replaced our furnace and air conditioning unit due to its age. Turns out our heat exchanger was cracked would have placed our family in a dangerous situation. Able had everything replaced in one day without any mess being left behind. I highly recommend Able air conditioning and heating

Cyrus and his team were very professional and personable. Cyrus did a quick temporary fix on our old AC unit so that it would function until a replacement unit was installed. The new installation happened in just a few days and the installation was fast, clean and very friendly. Nothing but good things to say about this group and I would recommend them to anyone. I really felt like I could trust them and their advice and received great value on the new unit.

We called Able Air conditioning to install a new Water Heater. They explained to us our options and what type of heater to get for our needs very thoroughly. They answered all of our questions and made sure we understood why we are making the choice instead of overpaying for another model recommended by another company. The installation appointment was set for next day since we had no hot water . They came and installed the heater within a few hours and we had hot water again. 10/10
